Woke up feeling ok.
I was a bit stiff when I went to bed last night but I was still able to get to sleep pretty easily.
I think I only woke up once in the night so again I’m getting really good sleep at the moment. I do feel quite tired but I think that was because there was a fox outside howling for a good couple of hours while I was trying to get to sleep.
Other than that though I was a little bit stiff when I woke up.
I didn’t have any pain and having the heat of the shower helped and right now I feel pretty good.
I’m not sure what’s in my smoothies at the moment but I’m slightly anxious that they taste a bit starchy but I could be wrong.
I do have a slight headache but I think that’s to be expected from the new diet.
I’ve been thinking about pain ratios and scales.
I think before I took this diet I was on about 5 out of 10 for pain most days.
5 meaning that I had a lot stiffness and I had some kind of constant pain on my right hand side near my pelvis.
It wasn’t squeal out loud pain but it was constantly there this dull ache which added anxiety. I know if I moved in a certain way or walked wrong it would get so much worse or flare up.
At the moment pretty much the only discomfort I have is stiffness.
I’ve noticed I seem, or feel, a lot more relaxed about how I sit as well. I just don’t have that underlying sensation that I’m going to get a proper flare up at the moment.
I wonder whether this is false confidence in the diet but it does just feel good right now.
Just gone out for a walk at about 10:45. It’s slightly overcast and drizzling a bit.
My cough is really bad today for some reason.
I mainly walked the canal loop today which was quite satisfying.
I’ve still got a bit of a headache today and it’s annoying me. I’m pretty sure it’s from the new diet and it’s to be expected but it’s making me feel a little bit down. That and this grumpy weather.
The bottom right of my pelvis has a very slight dull ache which isn’t painful but it’s just reminding me that I still have this thing.
I think if I can order a load of foods that I would enjoy and I can snack on that will make me feel better.
Lunch was egg and a big mushroom with some stuff on top and some salad which was tasty.
At about 6pm I headed out for another walk. It was another nice evening but a bit windy.
I would say my back is still feeling pretty good but it’s not as good as it was the first few days of the diet.
So I’m still trying to work out if there is something I’m eating which I shouldn’t be, or whether this is just normal.
AS not feeling great as I’m brushing my teeth. Slight flare up 2 or 3/10 on my right pelvis. Nothing in the upper body though.
