Keep monitoring resihi in relation to autoimmune pain

SI Pain: 0/100 | Rib or Shoulder Pain: 0/100 | Concrete Back: 30/100

I woke up feeling quite tired.

I didn’t get to sleep much last night because I got to bed quite late at about 2am. I then found I needed to read to get settled.

I am really enjoying the 1,000 Brains book which I’m reading at the moment.

It is one of those books which transforms the way you think about neuroscience and the brain in general. It is crystallising a lot of different elements. So that’s great and I’m enjoying that.

The other thing is that I feel like the pain isn’t too bad right now.

I had been worried that the reishi I’ve been taking recently is causing problems.

I definitely don’t feel quite as brilliant as I have done over recent weeks. However, today I seem to have no pain and no major stiffness.

But I do think I have had some extra stiffness the last few days since taking it.

I think it’s one to keep an eye on.

💡 Mini Findings

• Keep monitoring resihi supplement results. I have experienced increased back stiffness overall in the last few days
