Need to just buy one of those TENS machines

May 13, 2021 | Diary | 0 comments

Wake up feeling ok, although I did take 3 ibuprofen last night.

After my breakfast smoothie I had a slice of cheese and then took two more ibuprofen just to keep things going.

It’s a miserable day today and it’s been raining almost constantly.

For lunch I had egg with bacon in it again, some salad and a load of chestnut mushrooms. It’s basically the same thing I’ve been having all week except the big mushroom has been replaced with little mushrooms.

I went out for a walk at about 2pm even though it’s still drizzling a bit.

I need to just buy one of these TENS machines because I bet they’re all pretty much the same. It’s annoying at the endorsed one looks so clunky.

Went for a few drinks with friends after work.

When we got home we had a nice dinner and then after Kat went to bed I ate some raw cauliflower and watched Schitt’s Creek.
